I wonder how you get it rated for enough to pull an Impala...

I have some friends who are VERY good professional welders and can get trailer axles through work....oh man

There are actually a few of those floating around out there. Good idea, because sometimes you find the coupes with bad rot under the vinyl tops, so cutting the back of the car off makes sense. When I went to the Road Agents show in CT someone did this, but instead of leaving the front of the Eldo body on there, they mounted a 50s Chevy truck cab and nose on it.
