| Well Autozone has the kit for like 15 bucks, IIRC. Seems every time I get that kit that I need to use it. It's pretty straightforward and you don't have to worry about any coolant or anything. Shouldn't take more than a couple hours. I'd offer to give you a hand, but it's wagonfest weekend. | |

| Do I need just the 2 runner gaskets? if I'm just popping it off & on? What about EGR disconnect from the intake? Throttle body I assume stays on the manifold. Appreciate the offer but I'm good. My jobs like this start in the morning & end before dinner with 100 things in between | |

| [quote="sdstick"]Do I need just the 2 runner gaskets? Yes, and some HIGH TEMP RTV Silicone for the front and rear.
What about EGR disconnect from the intake? I think it does.
Throttle body I assume stays on the manifold. Yes.
It's been about 7 years since I did it on my 94, the other 3 (95 B4U & 2 95 9C1'S) were done in PA. by the same mechanic I go to while working there. Good luck. | |

| Thanks, I know the EGR has to come off either the intake or the exhaust. The exhaust is a bitch so I guess the intake Was hoping those gaskets come in the kit. I'll find out on the way home Gasket set & westlys or gunk engine cleaner for the mess I was overlooking until now. | |

| Idk how different the LT1 is to the TBI's, but when I did mine it was pretty easy. | |
