| I am not moving fast enough Rich. I just have to figure out how to change the milage on it to read the correct milage of the car. |

Tom To late. It is all cleaned up and odometer adjusted. I had to resolder the wires that had ben installed to make it work with the b-body too. BEFORE AFTER |

| I bet as you pulled the carpet you started to realize why you got such a good deal on that car. I'd say find a donor body and swap it over instead of trying to replace all the panels. I've been there and patches are a pain and replacement panels are expensive. Just make sure you eat your Wheaties before you try to lift the body off | |

| Nice cats! Lookin good, billy! The floors are in a LOT nicer shape than Morticia's! Tails look really nice with the chrome blacked out on your car, too. _________________ Bill "The Verb" Crovo - Resident Car Slut & Unicorn Hunter A Toasted Marshmallow, A Long German, A Lame Suburban and expensive dreams... | Wow Bill, she's coming along pretty nice! That blister in the floor has gotten worse since the last time I looked at it! Of course, I never had the carpet up in that thing to see what was under it.
I haven't been on in a few days so I may have missed something. I noticed the cats in the trunk. Did you change them out yet or are you still running the originals? If you did change them, did you notice a difference? | |

| The cats are a couple strays I found roaming the streets of Nashua. I will be installing them to see if that fixes the problem. I am working on a place now to paint the car this summer. I have not painted anything since 1993, so this should be interesting. As far as the rust. The only spot that concerns me is this spot which is right over a body mount.I am going to have to jack the body about a half inch and weld in some steel plate there. It is so bad that it is buckeling and I can not put the door sill trim that covers the hood release lach on. |

| Now you'll get a chance to use the new welder. From the picture that doesn't look real bad. Are you going to put in a new pan or patch? How is the rest of the floor?

Tom Not sure on the repair yet Tom. If I can get a used set of pans, I will go that way. The pans are soft front to back and both need replacement or repair. It has been many years since I welded, so I will be practicing on the floor pans, before I tackle the rear quarters. I can not wait to use my new welder. |

| Man, I do not miss dealing with cars from up north. Looks like you need to talk to Pat on the other Forums, his blue wagon that he is working on had bigger holes in it then your car and now it looks like new. His worst holes were right around the front body mount so he could be of some great advise on how to repair the area the best way. | |
