Worked the first time I tried but not now.

From what I saw at a quick glance it looked pretty good. It'll be a nightmare to load for those with slower connections. Also you may want to find a way to make it smart phone compatible. I know alot of people are into using blackberries and iphones to go online nowadays.

Are you aware that two of the pages are completely in French?

I like it.

It is a little wordy in places. Most people will never read all of that stuff. Exactly what you do & specialize in should be more prevalent and obvious.

I would also emphasize people should give you a call to discuss options, no matter where they are in their process. Talk about how every person can have a personalized performance plan put together for them. Get them on the phone and you can give them the sales pitch.

I would also recommend creating a more solid mission & vision statements. Something like what you have on the main page, but a little clearer and more decisive.

For a Mission statement something like:

At Low Key Automotive we are dedicated to research and development and supplying our customers with only the most innovative and highest quality nitrous oxide products on the market.

Vision Statement:

We want to become the number one performance Nitrous Oxide Performance store in the country. By providing an unparalleled dedication to our customers and supplying nothing but the newest technology and highest quality products, we try build lifetime bonds with customers.

Thanks Bill, exactly the kin of feedback I am looking for. And yes, aware of the french lol. That's just space my web designer filled because I have yet to provide him all the content.

Like where you said,

"do not hesitate to call us during normal business hours "

Say,

"Please feel free to call us any time. We'd love to discuss your build and potential options".

You want people to feel like you're waiting for them to call, and are excited to learn about how you can help.

If it's not on there already I'd recommend a form that people can fill out listing what they have and what their goals are. That way you can database the customers. It'll make it easier to help them later when they call for tech info or future purchases. You know, the typical "year, make, model, engine, trans, gearing" and such
