PostSubject: Anyone heading through upstate NY this weekend?   Mon Feb 23, 2009 11:38 pm

My 94 9c1 still needs alot of work so at this time I need a daily driver, I am trying to get to Buffalo NY this weekend to pick up a 94 caprice that 9C1NY is selling on the ISSF. I checked the airlines and it is way too much$$, greyhound is not cheap either and when I checked it says the trip there by bus is 16 1/2 hours. and arrives there at 4am.
If anyone here or anyone you know is heading that way please let me know. I would really hate to have to take the bus.

Expedia has tickets from Manchester to Buffalo one way for $132. Figure another $75 for gas.

That's not so bad? $207.

Maybe we can pony express your ass. Someone delivers you from Maine to northern NH, then someone brings you to northern Ma, then someone handles the trip through to western Ma, then another into NY, where a NY guy gets you the rest of the way.

OR

Someone takes you from Maine to VT, then someone from the Vt way gets you directly into northern NY.
