| Every winter I wonder when they'll put radiant heat in the roads. And when the hell is the electroluminescent road coming? I have shirts and toys that glow in the dark but a road can't for some reason? Stupid highway department. That's what happens when you give roadways to government agencies and let union workers maintain them. | |
