| Phyllis and I were discussing a fun summer car. She said she would like a convertible. I suggested a classic GM car needing an engine, and transmission. Then swap in a LT1/4L60E combo. I figure I could buy a rotted donor rms, or caprice for the drivetrain, fuel tank/lines, and radiator. We would keep everything stock except for the drivetrain, and associated equipment needed to support it. We even have a car in mind. http://nh.craigslist.org/cto/4888649685.html | |

| Like the idea Billy, that would be fun. Before you start, throw away the "For Sale" signs!

| Cool, but you'd have to paint it like this one though. http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_19914-Pontiac-Bonneville-1969.html http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_215273-Pontiac-Bonneville-26267-1969.html Or just put some fender skirts on it. http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_2482-Pontiac-Bonneville-26267-1969.html Fun fact. These are "the same car(s)" | |

| Cool. I'd love to do that with an early 70's Centurion or Electra... Always in the back of my mind... | |

| It's because we're too used to Facebook haha. And since I became in flux as far as teh interwebs is concerned again, I'm mostly on there. LOL
For now I'm just running the Impala as it sits but I think I'd like to do a carbureted 5.3 in that thing. Then someday add the EFI and other stuff along with required fuel and return lines, etc. | |
