Yes I have, on only one 95 9C1 though. Most definitely if the car has just come out of a puddle, or sometimes after a damp stretch with rain, and the car has been sitting through it for a while. Once the belt and pulleys dry off after a warm-up , I'll never get it again, unless of course I hit a large puddle of water. I've changed the tensioner assy, the belt. and it still happens sometimes. Funny thing is I haven't had the problem with the other lower mileage cars. So this leads me to the conclusion that this car, with high mileage probably has a glazed surface on the PS pulley surface causing a slip when damp. One of these days I'll get to swapping it out. -Joe
