Bought some more Buick Know how videos off ebay. This one is all about the optispark. I found it funny that Chuck seemed annoyed that the water pump had to be removed to get to it. Enjoy!

Ok, I see it right around 9 minutes about why the early Optisparks were problematic
still watching to see where the breakdown occurs.

The two unvented optis I had go bad gave DTC 16, no low resolution pulse.
I think moisture gets inside, sparks fly and the optical sensor chip gets fried.

A see through opti would kick ass! Then you could seen when they get oil in them
