I always wanted one of these trucks, too bad they're that dangerous, tractor trailer or not! In spite of the nature of the video, you can't help but make note that the victim was wearing Zubaz pants and the Oakley sticker on the windshield.

I remember this accident too, my parents both used to work for Red Star and the driver of the tractor trailer was someone my father knew. It was pretty bad from what he told me. I guess the estate of the guy killed tried suing the driver and Red Star...

That was one of the ones I meant to watch last night before I fell asleep because the screencap showed that old Ford truck in it- I wonder if the guy was still in there when that was being filmed? That sucks bigtime.

Having eaten in the Dunks that is pictured in the background here, I can say with credibility I have NO CLUE how this possibly could have happened in this location. The truck must have been flying, or maybe one of the 73-87 saddle tanks exploded?
