billymac did a very good job on my console top. so i thought id finish it.wrong. the more i did the worst it got. so down to my friends house. he resanded it. and im starting all over. sorry bill. plus im putting in a couple of switches. and im rethinking the shifter knob. now on the shift light im going with what chris said would look good. and im not going with the z28 cluster. to me you lose to many lights. besides that. did i mention ive bought a nitrous set up? and my friend pete (bbq) will install. yes hes that good. but i have to check on the maine laws. Very Happy

Ron, I'm not sure Nitrous is the right fit for you.

It's illegal for use on the street; even to have it hooked up on the street.

So unless your planning on taking the car down the drag strip...?

i know bill but maybe once to try it out. but what i have been told. the bottle has to be in the trunk unhooked. and your ok. dont know that for a fact. but how many of us hasnt done at least some thing illegal once in there car? im more worried about hurting the motor. if not used right. but i have the complete set up all paid for. and i got a steal on it money wise. so i can always resell it. i have between now and spring to think about it. scratch

Ron - if you want nitrous, more power to ya! Cool It's only illegal if you get pulled over...hehe. You got a wet kit right? Just don't spray it too much, and make sure your fuel system is up to par - I'd consider getting a walbro 255 lph fuel pump. Don't wanna lean out out on the top end Shocked Also, do you have a bottle heater? I'd definitely get one of those. Laughing

I would scratch the nitous and go the turbo route. The This is the only kit I know of now for our cars. It is a twin turbo kit. Turbonetics used to make a single kit that was decent.

I would do neither. If you need more power do what you can while keeping it N/A.

All Power-Adders are just asking for trouble. It's a good way to ruin a perfectly reliable car.
