What do you guys think? from the pictures it looks decent and 38k is nothing on these cars.

I would ask for a carfax or even pay for your own. Something is a miss. First off the mufflers are stainless, and I have seen the original mufflers still on cars with 200k and 15 years old, yet with the claimed milage, the mufflers have been replaced. It states the car has fresh undercoat. WHY? And judging by what I see, I would say there is a fair amount of surface rust after looking at the pictures of the undercarriage.

If you want a good car I would look here. Most of the guys selling are honest and really know these cars.

Yah something is not right about that car, it might have that mileage, but if so it was never cleaned and run only in the winter, those floorboards are a mess. Mine did not look half that bad and I had to redo most of the driver side floor a year later...

Seems a bit too fishy to me.

Nice color.

But I think you could do better locally or on the forum as mentioned. Smile

You could buy my impala for around that BIN price... Wink

Call me crazy, but in the last pic on that auction RMS, it almost looks like the floor pan under the car was rotting out, so they just shot some black Rustoleum undercoating from AutoZone on there to mask it.

Buffalo and that whole area eats car bodies worse than New England from what I hear.

Ya... Never buy a Buffalo or Syracuse car if you plan on keeping it...

And ya again... Selling the Imp. Will be looking at 6 grand in the spring with the stock drivetrain in it. A bit more if you want the T56 and 4.10 rear. I'm keeping the engine, so it'll have the refreshed stocker back in it with a rebuilt top end. Stock SS wheels, probably painted charcoal. I was gonna put the stock bars back on it too, but that could be negotiable, if you (or anyoe int he club, for that matter) are interested.

6,000 for the Impala with the stock drive train huh? I'm certain the body is in pretty good shape, what would you be looking to get if you left in the T-56? or just the Bars? Bill I am honored that you offered your car too me. Smile

I'd like $8500 with the T56 and bars.
