As some of you know, I put a junk yard LT1 in my wagon last year. After a week, I had an engine noise and had to get another engine. I found the problem.

Installing replacement engine

That's a good bit of damage there. What was the cause of the spun bearing? Did you forget the oil Wink

Old problem from the wagon. I went over to my inlaws house to grab the engine and I decided to do a partial teardown. Later down the road, I am going to rebuild this one. I will probably need a new crank, or some big bearings.

I did use mobil 1

I can only think I may have gotten something lodged in the oil passage replacing the gaskets. scratch

Either way, there it is. Evil or Very Mad
