| I'm looking for a PCM for my 96 Impala. I'm pretty sure that's my problem since I have no fuel, no spark and no MIL on with KOEO. Anyone know where I can get one for cheap? | |

| Just sold the one out of my 96 Caprice a week ago, sorry.
There is a guy on ISSF that always seems to have PCMs, I believe he is in the Orlando area, scroll through a few pages of the ISSF classifieds, he usually gets about $70 plus shipping I believe, thats about the going rate, it's what I have gotten for the last 3 I have sold.

| If you plan on doing any custom tuning in the future just get a '95 pcm and have a '96 tune flashed into it. | |

| Will a PCM from a 94 or 95 work in a 96 since the 96 is an OBDII and the 94-95 are OBDI? | |

| Not in stock form I don't think. The '96 will be looking for rear o2's as well as the sensor on the timing cover. You'd probably need to flash in a '96 program to avoid throwing a cel. | |

| You just need to crack the case open and break one of the leads on the board and solder a resistor in place. I did it in my caddy. Not a big deal. The instructions are on the ISSF, if the archives ever come back. | |

| That could be an easy fix. That is IF the PCM is my problem. I should have a 'test' PCM on the way shortly to plug in and see if she runs. I hope so. I wanna drive my Impala at least ONCE this summer. | |
