Howdy all! New guy from northeastern MA here. I've been a member of the Impala SS forum for years. I joined back when I was getting into these rides, but never got one. I recently found out there was a local group and thought I'd join up.

What my dream is is to LS/T56 swap a wagon. I don't mind the non-LS engines at all, (I have a 350 TBI engine in my Suburban and a 383 TBI I was building for my 93 GMC pickup) just thought one of these would be fun with a turbo'd LS and a stick. Lately I've been thinking about them again and found one by accident that I'm really interested in. It's a 91 Caprice wagon that looks to be in good, solid shape. It doesn't have an engine or trans, so I was thinking it would be good for the project. The best part, the guy is asking $200! I'm going to check it out this weekend.

I don't know much about these cars, so any advice anyone can give would be great. I've worked on a couple 88-95 Chevy and GMC trucks, but I'm mostly old school working on my multiple AMCs. This is my first foray into LS engines and these BAD ASS vehicles. Smile
