Are any of you guys familiar with good, reliable powdercoaters in the area west of Worcester? I'm in the greater Springfield area.

I am going to need some powder for all sorts of things, the largest being a front sub-frame.

I'm storing the Caprice this weekend. I'll ask my storage guy who he used. I know he just did a bunch of shit on his Roadrunner. I do know there's a place on St. James in Springfield right next to the Eagles club and across from Bell Simmons that does it. Not sure what it's called though.

Bull,
What are you using for new subframe bushings? I'm in the middle of doing my TA also. I need new bushings bad.

I'd post up a pic of mine, but this damn photo system sucks.

Nope, I actually made a deal on that 04 Silverado with an old high school friend last week, who manages one of the largest body shops in Maine, to do the repair in the front subframe and rear taillight panel, then one of my trans am club friends is going to help me with the reassembly.

So there. tongue

Heck, I don't know yet. I am only just digging into this project. I hope to have the subframe off during my Christmas vacation. Then the car will become a PITA to move around the garage, though.

What year is yours?

Holy crap I'm an idiot....

I forgot about Central CT. Thats who did my headers. GREAT work, very reasonable prices (headers+collectors were $175 w/ warranty) and fast turn around. Right off 91 too, pretty easy to get to.
