| I have like 4, 95 cores but need a 1994 specific. And yes I have studied over the option of the 95 to 94 swap but I would rather not if possible go down that road to avoid the hassle , chance of the failures it will cause. So if you have one tucked away or have seen a 94 in the "pick n pull", if you would kindly pass the info on It would be greatly appreciated. TIA. Tom | |

There is a '94 RMW at the pick and pull here in town. I have no idea what he charges for transmissions though.

| I'm think tranny connector has provision for the extra pin. You could add the extra wire and reflash the PCM.
The Camaro has a '94 tranny that might be bad but it will be some time before I know, it needs a new engine.

| I'm not going to jump up on the fence again . I'm trying to go with year specific to avoid past and future aggravations. I have several sourced but 3-4 hrs away, trying to stay local. Letme know if you want to part with your 94 trans. | |

| Tom it really is so easy to put a 95 transmission in a 94. You get a shit transmission connector to use 2 pins. You make a wire 10 ft long, splice two of the pins on its ends, put one into the transmission connector, one into the harness at the computer, and use a 95 computer, or have yours programmed for a 95 trans. I did it in about an hour in my wagon and it works perfect. When my transmission went again, I looked for another 95 trans to replace it and I found it was quite easy to find a 95 trans. | |
