So I found out why my Impala did not move well. It seems that 3 of the four calipers were seized, and the forth one was seized, but not pushing against the rotor. All better now.

And yeah, Mr. Rusty Shackleford there totally embellished a bit when he said that car had new brakes in it. I wonder what he would have told us if we took the car up the road and back... "Yeah that there trans is stiff when cold" Laughing 

I hope you can start putting some miles on it now
