| I wonder how the floors/body are? Something seems fishy, Maine cahs, ayah...
I'd like to buy that and leave it alone/drive it, that's an interesting car someone put some time into and if the body/interior are nice and clean it would be silly to disrespect it and broadcast it's pahts amongst a bunch of other cahs kehd.
If I got something like that I'd worry about the trans. shitting itself or something else going wrong, already been down that road...LOL

| I didn't read the ad carefully the first time. It's an Impala clone! I think it was a 9C1 since it has an engine oil cooler. Oh the horror... | |

| I didn't say it was a pahts cah, kehd. I want the supercharger for the marshmallow. I'd keep the car together (and probably resell it) if it was solid. | |

| Now that I see it on the big computer it's an abomination that should be destroyed! Or used a a winter beater as Eric said.
$3200 for a 3200 mile motor rebuild. Maybe it's a pricing error.
I'd sell you a real 9C1 for $3200.

| Yea there's gotta be something wrong with it. Supercharger kit alone is double that price. | |

| Jim, only if it's French and electric blue, lol.
That kit really costs that much money? I had no idea, lol. Is that like a ProCharger? My friend had one on his 02 Mustang, the car was into the 9s with all kinds of other stuff done including a TH400 swap. If that supercharger kit costs that much I'm in even more shock at how much he put into that car.

Boy, that sounds about worth it for the parts alone... I am guessing it's a bit thrown together by the description, but $2000 for a running LS swapped car is a pretty nice deal...

| Agreed. If my $ wasn't searching for a pick up truck, I'd get this just for the swap stuff. Basically what one would spend on the swap. | |

Curiosity got the best of me today. Took a look at this wagon as it was only a 1/2 hour away. By the pictures, description and talking to the guy, I thought what the heck. He made it sound like one of those storied barn finds. It was anything but. It's never seen a barn or a garage. It had rust holes you could put your fist through. There is no way this could even pass inspection. I brought a battery pack so I could check the mileage, as the guy had no idea. He was selling it for someone. It has 188K. As I thought and confirmed by Dave P., it was at LT1, not a 4.3. It did have nice seats and the interior was dirty but not bad shape. It's a parts car, that if I was looking, wouldn't be worth anymore than $350. Anyways that's what I did this PM. Tom
