| I bought this setup from a guy who was parting a '96 RMW. The system was on the car for a very short time before he got it and started parting it, as the picture might suggest from the relatively clean look, sticker residue still on some pipes etc. I'm keeping the downpipes with the cats, but everything else is available and would get you from the cat-back, with Flowmasters and nice big tips for $200. I spent a stupid amount of time going over the pieces with hot water, Simple Green and red Scoth-brite pads and then sprayed it with some high-temp Rustoleum coating after this picture was taken. It looks pretty good and hopefully will help the system to last a bit longer in our environment. Let me know if you are interested. | |

| I hate to ask but would you be willing to just sell the pipes? I'm going to keep the dynomax muffler(s) I have now when I go duals. Also, you're in Amherst right? | |

| I'd be interested in just the mufflers, if they are 44's. Send me the size specs | |

| I don't have a problem with breaking the system up into pieces as you guys are describing, so long as we can work out the details.
I will get some measurements on the mufflers.

| The mufflers are roughly 10" wide by 13" long.

I've had it since '94; before that my brother had it. I don't have a lot of pics of it on this computer, actually. I drove it two summers ago, but for years it has been more garage art than cruiser. I rebuilt the engine back in the late '90s or early 2000s. It's a 400 Pontiac bored to 412, with mild performance touches. [img] [/img] As for the Flowmasters, it looks like they are around $78 each from Amazon. I'd like $75 for this pair, then. From what I have told and how they looked when I got them, they have very few miles on them, probably measured in hundreds.

The Flowmasters are available. What pipe diameter and how much? Are they crushed at all from clamps?

Are they crushed at all from clamps? Sorry for the delay. I believe they are 2.25" inlet and outlet, but I will verify. They were installed with clamps, but the clamps hadn't been He-mand in place and so the inlets/outlets aren't what I would call crushed. That being said, they did need to have one relief cut made to allow them to open enough to remove the pipes. The cuts can easily be welded or otherwise filled, or you can use stainless band clamps.

| While cleaning the garage tonight, I realized that I still have these mufflers. I'd like them gone.
$50 for the pair. Trades also considered.

I'd have to check to answer those questions, it's been so long since I looked at these things. However, it looks like I'll be trading them with another member.
