PostSubject: Silicone Vacuum/Etc. Hose Kits   Sun Jul 21, 2013 10:34 pm

I'm doing an intake gasket on my RMW.  While getting ready to pull the manifold I found out how terribly dry, cracked and brittle many of my rubber vacuum lines were.  I have no desire to monkey around with fittings, measurements and bulk hose to replace everything.  I found an eBay seller who sells silicone hose kits that will do all the vac lines plus some other stuff for $55 shipped.  There are a few threads over on the big Impala forum about them and the feedback generally seems to be positive.

I searched on here and only found one thread about replacing vac lines so thought someone might be interested in this as an option at some point.

When are the Nats? The seller is on vacation and won't be shipping until I think August 12th or 16th or something.

Nats are Aug 6 - 10th, Charlotte Motor Speedway/Z Max dragway. Guess the hoses will have to wait.
