Brakes: Time for a upgrade Empty

Ok.. throw out some REAL brake solutions for me please.

Put new calipers out back and 4 rotors and pads all around about 17k ago.
Front rotors are ehh not best now, Rear pads are gone.
Doing a temp fix as of now, with a resurface on front and rears with new pads.

I want to add heavier duty calipers up front with a better rotor.

What are the better caliper's that anyone here has used with good performance.?

I drive 50 miles a day and its combination highway/city.

Stopping the sled takes a bit of effort and I would like to make sure I get it a bit heavier duty than factory that came on the SS>
Thanks
Pete

Never did anything besides stock myself, but here's a good read on larger rotors and calipers

C5 rotors and calipers are a fairly easy swap with brackets available. That's what I have waiting to go on the marshmallow. I went with the 13" rotors.
