| This is the slide that snapped off on the rear caliper brackett, I got it out this am with some heat, but the asswipe at the auto parts can't find it, and I have no idea what it's called.  | |

LOOKS like a rear caliper anchor bracket, if your referring to the pins those are called caliper guide pins. | |
