| This is a mod Tim mentioned a while back after I installed a wheel with audio control in my fleetwood. It took me over a year to find one of these wheels, but I finally got one. This wheel is out of a Seville STS that was fully loaded and actually not trashed for once. The wood is a little lighter color than the rest of the car, but not enough to bother me. I read on some sites that this would not swap in and while part of that is true, it can be done. First off you need a clock spring out of a car with steering wheel controls, but I don't think the Seville one will work. This can come from a Buick Park ave, lesabre, riviera, Chevy monte carlo, etc. Any of those from the 90s will work. The one in the monte is easiest to do though. Those swap directly with the one in B/Ds and give you the wires you need. The wheel from the Caddy bolts right up with nothing special, the controls plug right in. The air bag connector is different, I spliced that one into a connector off a junk air bag. The colors match and it didn't explode in my face Clock spring aside, it's pretty straight forward. For the controls I bought a steering wheel control interface of amazon that plugged into my radio and it let me reprogram the useless climate control keys to change tracks/inputs on the radio. I tried to get these controls to work on my roadmaster, but didn't get anywhere with it. I may give it another shot on the fleetwood, maybe its climate control supports this kind of thing. | |

| That looks awesome! That's something I'd wanted to do with mine, too. Nice work! | |

| I have this exact wheel on a shelf in the garage. I tried last summer to install it but the spine on the wheel was way to small to fit onto the Fwb's column. Did you have to modify the wheel?
I'm also surprised to see you havent put in a RM climate control yet either. | |

| No mods at all on the wheel. Do you know what year yours came from? I wanna say this is a 98 or 99. I have a RM climate control waiting to go in, maybe by summer it will get done | |
