needs a transmission now It's a cool swap into an unpopular body. I'm a lifelong Pontiac guy. I've looked at that ad several times, and then looked on Google to see what that body style can look like with nicer wheels and paint. I want to like it, but just can't get there yet. I think I'd like it a lot more as a four door without the soft top.

| It wouldn't be too bad without the half vinyl top and the fender skirts....some pontiac wheels and a six speed would make it pretty nice tooo. | |

| This car just experienced a giant price drop. Someone should go take a look at it. http://boston.craigslist.org/nos/cto/4264640946.html I stopped and checked it out over the summer, they wanted 2900 for it. The paint is "okay" but is kinda chalky on the top surfaces. Not like when clearcoat fails and has that white flaking effect, but it's dull. I think there might have been a crack in the dash...I looked at the quarters and there MIGHT have been past repairs, but I might be wrong also. It was hard to tell. That being said, what counts is how the thing looks going down the road, and where it was parked coming down the hill on Central St. in Saugus, it looked sharp sitting there, and I'm not even the biggest skirted-Caprice fan. Would make a nice driver maybe. I was tossing it around in my head to sell the SS needing a new trans and get something like this, but I think I owe the SS more than that after the time I put into it over the summer. I want too many friggin' cahs! | |

| Hey, those factory Oldsmobile "Diesel" emblems that GM slapped on the Caprices are uh...they're still good right?
I think it's cool how there's saplings growing in the pine needles. LOL. I wonder if this is the same person who had listed that gold 94-96 9c1 in a similar setting a few times last year? From every angle of the car in the pictures, all you could see was woods in the background.

Ewwwwwww. They used to do that to the chrome wheels on the '74 Impala when I had it in Malden, it was awful. I think they thought the reflection was another cat.

So it was YOU. I drove past there on my way to work and it was moved to the back lot. Figured it got sold. Good to see its going to a nice home. ------- https://badass-of-ne.forumotion.com/viewtopic.forum?t=5826
