So this has now happened to me twice. First time I was in a drive thru sitting in drive and the engine just cuts out. No awful noises, justs dies like I cut the ignition. Second time was this morning at work. I was pulling into my parking spot at work and the engine cuts out. Again, no terrible noises, just a gently cut off. Never experienced anything like this. Also, once the engine dies, it starts right up, no sweat. Worried this electrical and I hate electrical. Any ideas?

Check and make sure you don't have a loose coil wire, had that happen on my 96 caprice, the wires was junk and it would just lose spark and shut off. Didn't always start back up though.

Auxiliary battery post? 94 and part of the 95's had this problem. Wiggle your post while trying to start.

Loose battery cable?
Auxillary post at the engine fuse box?
Ground strap from head to firewall or from battery to fender?
