| That's the one that I have that came on my car. You'd be better of buying it from them. What are they, $150? They look the best on B bodies.
That style wasn't too common around here. Jim had a newer go rhino from a P71 and Al is customizing one for his clone.
What is the purpose of putting one on your wagon? 1A2 clone? Otherwise it's another piece of wacker bling...

$215, More than I really wanted to spend on something that I may hate as soon as its mounted. - MASShole9C1 wrote:

Yeah... kinda thinking 1A2 clone. But then that would just mean I'm copying everyone else. Plus, it'd be the most fricked up clone ever. RMS seats, Hyundai console.... Then again, after finishing the primer on the wagon. It has a weird Mad Max vibe to it. Maybe the pushbar would work.... Or, maybe I'll just stick to my bumperettes, paint the wagon white and call it a day

| Hmmm.
Well, I haven't seen much effort in the 1A2 clone department. But the 9C1 clone roster currently shows Al (B4U) and Jim (WX3) somewhat in attendance.
It's your build Justin. I say, if YOU want a push bar, get one. There's nothing wrong with it. I was thinking about putting mine back on with the roadmaster nose, cuz it's different. Which brings me to my next point...
So what about the seats, the console, different rims. I run Roadie leather, blazer console, Buick items, cowl induction hood, lowered on aftermarket rims. But, for "origin" and irony, I put the correct spotlights back on but painted them. It's just the right touch for both sides of the picture IMO.
There's nothing wrong with your idea.

| Well, as i've said, in the 1A2 clone department, I'm almost there. Have really just about everything except the spotlights. Who knows what I'll do. Now that the bodywork is done, the possibilities are endless really. | |

Got some consoles and a prisoner partition.

| Buddy wanted it bad, wanted to make it a match to his 96 murdered out 9c1. Friday he made an offer, Monday he text and said he'd bought a burb'n and couldn't swing the wagon. I was hoping to sell to get $ for my 72, needs a new motor, but that's the second time I've had someone back out on buying the wagon. | |

| Right now I'm already doing a that, the 77 TA motor is going back together, and will be reinstalled within a couple weeks, then it's down to the welders to get the tail panels replaced. The 72 has been sitting for 2 months waiting on the $ to get a motor to continue the restore. And the 69 wrecker just lunches the 307, got all the stuff to work on that. Plenty to do this winter. | |

In fairness, we're not that far off. It couild be argued Justin is trying to make his wagon more like a wrecker?

Pretty sure it was Hamilton Chevy Yeah probably. But I figure $150 shipped is a decent price for this. I can't imagine shipping is cheap on these.

| Al, you are correct. I have bought many OEM parts from them at a good price. But something's I just shake my head at. $160 for 9c1 wipers??? I got one of mine by trading some 6x9 speakers and paid $15 for the other. Long story short, at one point during an email I was asking if there is a part # to replace an emissions tag and he immediately accused me of trying to sell of my caprice as an impala ss and continued to advise me against it as its illegal... . I was pretty shocked and spoke my mind on the issue. I'm sure that my dual spotlight, blue manual interior 9c1 could pass as an ss. Right guys........ Anyway. Justin, if its in good shape, I say you've got a deal on your hands. And yes, I've seen his MSP car. There was another forum that tore it apart with a magnifying glass. IIRC. | |

Like I said, Galls is $215 plus like $40 shipped, so $150 all in doesn't seem too bad. But I agree with their ebay prices. They have the 5.7 fender badges they put on the 92-93 LTZ's... $45 each Would have been a nice touch to add to the car, but not for $90!

| I 100% agree with you. You can always go to a dealer with the part #. They search nationwide and print out contact info. That's how I got brand new spotlight door gaskets dirt cheap. And that's how Al has an OEM template to instal one. | |
