At any rate, waiting to see some pics of this one! Any of these type of "sealed bid" auctions I have attended....it is whoever bid the highest, wins at the bid they placed. Example, there are only two bids....one for 400 one for 1000.....the guy who bid the 1k, pays the 1k. | |
