Proforged front end; Ball joints, tire rods, center link, idler arm. Energy suspension sway bar end links, bump stops, cut. Sprint springs. I also did front shocks and brake pads (Monroe Sensatrac / AC Delco ceramic). I'm going to be changing all four shocks again for drop shocks. Impala wheels are on the front until I get it aligned on Friday so I didn't chew up my vogues. Going for an 18" rim soon.

Looks sweet.

Do the rear springs fall out when you jack it up? (like all the other Sprints do) Rolling Eyes

I actually think it looks pretty cool on those Impala wheels too, do they fit on the rear? Good to have you back, haha

Only a Made man can drive a caddy like that!

I'm glad you've gotten it done. The car will look good with the 18's or still rolling on the vouges!

Looks good...real good.

Trying to lose the air shock image burned in my brain.

I think that side view is gonna work.

How much DIA difference between whats on it & what's gonna be?

PS: Welcome Back

I used a piece of exhaust pipe with a bar welded across one end. Then bolted to the upper perch. Just enough to guide the springs back to the right location. You (Al) can see this set up when I bring my car over your shop to POR-15 the underside.

There is a few inches between the frame and springs when it's up on the lift. But, they don't fall out. When I lower the lift they go right onto the upper perch no problem.

I just found a set of 4 nitro drop shocks on craigslist for $50 so I'm going to put those in. It's a little bouncy so I'm hoping that will help a little. It does however take corners like I never thought it would. It's going for an alignment tomorrow morning. I pieced together some custom alignment specs I think will work well for me.

That looks awesome! Long and low, reminds me of one of those stretched, lowered custom big rigs. Badass.

What's your thoughts on the Proforge stuff? Seriously considering it for the Impala if it does not move.

Switched up the wheels again.

SS wheels with caddy center caps. Pizza cutter 225/60r17 tires. The 15" tires handle like CRAP. These corner much better with the shorter sidewall. Free take off top notch Michelins from a Town Car. Wink

Yes, but not enough room to do anything. But, that's ok because I have a shop I can go to for things like that. It will make a good winter home.
