| Alright I have a few quick questions...
Back in like 2010 I think (maybe 2009) I went to an ECIRS event at Lebanon (i wanna say it was like a tri-9 ct drag day or something). Regardless, the car was running pretty good that day and made some clean passes, but I was in my own little world tweaking this and adjusting that.
Anyways, I was just on the ECIRS site and see that there is a race schedualed for September 8th at the Valley.
IF and that is a BIG IF I can get the car running in time to make a few shake down passes with the stockish motor, can I race the event? Any time I have gone to one of these style events I get shunned for having a Box Caprice LOL./
Can I compete at certain evenets even if it is not for points?
One of two things needs to happen.... A) There needs to be a racing series for all B-Bodies to compete in (not just the round ones). B) I need to make the wiring and fuel system in my chassis modular so I can lift the box body off and bolt down a race ready 91-96 shell so I can come out and play too.

| Hi there, I think i remember you, the car was on a flatbed right....? i think the deal is ECIRS wants cars with the same drive train, and the boxy don't cut it...unless you have a LT1 and 4L60E in it ??? Even then you may get some looks... yes CT Tri-9 is sponsoring a race at LVD this year. -ALF out..... | |

| AFAIK, they still don't allow boxy. 91-96 only for trophy contention. You can come and run the t&t but not the brackets. They may come to NED, too. I just haven't set it up yet. I remember your car. I was there with the flamed t56 dcm impala. | |
