Wtb or more preferably trade for cop car rims. Also wtb a set of 4.10ish gears. Lastly wtb a balanced driveshaft if anyone's got one.

I have 5 roadmaster aluminum rims with tires of varrying tread life that I will trade for 5 cop car rims with at least 4 MATCHING decent tires (pass inspection decent). The spare can have a different tire. 4 of my rims have 70k miles on them and are in great shape but need a good cleaning. The full size spare I put on 5k miles ago and is a little dirty but I don't think it was ever used before I put it on (I bought the car with 49k miles) and the tire is near brand new. I have 4 perfect center caps to go with them. If no one is interested in a trade I would like to buy 5 cop rims with or without inspection worthy tires.

Will buy 4.10ish gears for an impala rear end or better yet trade you a set of 3.08s

Also I think I may need a balanced shaft for the gear swap.

How much are you looking to spend? I have 5 really nice N97 police wheels.

I have 5 also. California rust free, 1 never mounted. But they are not for sale They have bald tires on them anyway.

Still on the hunt for everything. Cop rims are the priority. Idc what condition I just need them real soon and on the cheaper side or else the new tires will just go on the roadmaster rims to pass inspection.... Depressing.... Also still looking for 4.10s or I will just buy a new set within the next couple weeks.

Crashmaster, I knew someone here had a bunch for sale. Go to the parts for sale/wanted section. Look @"8bud's" "time to clean out the garage, B body parts for sale" thread. Looks like $60 for a set of police wheels (N97's) no caps tho, but I know where to get those for you. Anyway, PM him and post on that thread to cover all the bases. Oops. Have you considered conversion van or truck wheels? 15x8 with slots instead of holes on the outside. They look sharper than the N97 wheels imo.

Hahaha. Btw, I used rustoleum gloss black on mine. Zero clearcoat. I'm going to be doing the ones on the cvpi today. The boss decided on chrome centers for now. (in gonna buy new '03-'05 full wheel covers anyway). Unlimited budget is nice! The '98 caps are ugly as sin....

The black Rustoleum holds up really well for what it is. I did my steelies on the Caprice what, 2 years ago now? They still look fine and I never even got around to waxing them or anything.

Awwww.... You guys are the best. I have two for you Jackson if you can get two more from someone else around here. I shoulda let you take 'em while you were here so you wouldn't have to drive up again. Let me know if you want 'em. I believe I have at least six of them out back. The tires probably have flat spots but some shoult pass inspection (in fact four just did two months ago) and wheels are not perfect. Will get out there shortly and take some pics. No center caps though.

Nice! It looks like this is working out for you! Thats how great this club is. If I still had my old craigslist steel rims/ snow tires, they would have been yours as soon as you asked. I just cant part with my minty set. Make sure you sand and paint em up real nice. Rustoleum professional grade gloss black. 5 coats. Get at least one can at walmart for about $6.
