| Bought this today, 91 OCC. 305, 141k. White, and blue. The grey was added later i'd say. The spare wheel carrier has rust, the rear crossmember above the trailer hitch is gone, there is spots in between the front and rear doors, door panels have cracks, usual stuff. Needs brakes, i have almost everything for it. Sad story, the owner is dieing of cancer, and is very ill, they don't have much money left from his care, so i just pretty much paid what he was asking. I've known their daughter for years and years, and we have been friends a 25 years or more, and its tears me up to watch her go through this, she lost her sister to cancer and her first daughter to sids and now her dad, its makes me sad. Car is not to bad, i don't really want it, but i have good door panels, and some nice SS wheels, maybe i can clean it up and resell it, not sure i'll make any $ on the car, but the add ons should help. | |

| Sad story is right & REALLY tough life for her.
Makes the car insignificant.
That's why they say...no matter how bad you think you have it.........
ya...life can suck | |

| My '92 has factory gray on the bottom. I will be on the option label (if you can still read it)

Indeed. What a shame. Sadly, stories like this are pretty common. Nice car thou Glen. White on blue is my favorite combo. The gray cladding is standard from the factory and unique to the OCC. Some elbow grease and I'm sure it'll be looking good. If you need any parts, there is a white/blue OCC at a JY near Brian.

| Can this be moved to the wagon section. I don't want to retype eveything. Spent 2 hours cleaning out the car, boy did he have lots of stuff. [img] [/img] No door keys, so i had to break into the rear compartment, i tryed everything to save the door, but i couldn't so i just pulled it open, so i need a good rear GBD if anyone has one in blue. [img] [/img] Duct tape to hold the door shut anyone??? [img] [/img] Gonna need some cleaning, some trim, and i have some very nice RM door panels, funny thing, they are the same color. | |

| The rust spots so far: The spare well. Not to bad really IMO, i've seen worse, alot worse. [img] [/img] Driver rear quarter. Just starting to get bad, no holes yet. [img] [/img] drivers rear gate corner [img] [/img] between the doors drivers side. [img] [/img] She need some TLC, but overall so far so good. I'll post pics of the underside when i get it on the lift. | |

| Hey be careful with & save those old door panels will you?
Everyone always misses that mid panel outside edge screw & ef's up the lower panel.
Mine for example has a self tapper right thru the whole panel....whateva.
If you have some good sections of panels (especially drivers side (of course)
I can probably splice stuff together to make mine more bettera

Yeah, TBI and LT1 blue is different. TBI's are darker. Plus the panel uppers are different because of the doors. Looks good Glen. Hope I have the $$ when you decide to sell her. I would love to jump at this one.

| Found that frame on drivers side is completely gone, sad really. Looks like crusher bait for another one. Glad I can feel good that the money I paid on it was to a good cause. But it's aggrivating. | |

| If that is a class III 2" hitch, don't let that thing get crushed! There is no source for new ones anymore. | |
