So I bought a stock cd radio from a issf member, installed it, found that the fuses had been pulled when the yanked the old radio. Anyway, when the headlights r turned on the display goes dark! Anyone got any ideas?

Is your dimmer working? Does the rest of the lights in the radio illuminate? If just the display, a radio repair shop should be able to fix. Might be worth going to an aftermarket head unit.
