Based on his eloquent commentary in the buildup thread: http://gmlongroof.4umer.com/t6218p20-my-new-to-me-95-wagon-thread (Post #32) I was figuring he wouldn't, but I could always crosspost the ad for additional exposure. Thanks for the heads up, - J

Ohh. Maybe you're right. I read it quick the other day and it looked like he liked em. My bad.

If you still have 'em in a bit, I'll take em, Jay. As he scours the interwebs for a skirted LAB to justify the wheels. GLWS Jason. Both sets are beautiful. |

Thanks,
- J I always liked these wheels! But finding proper tires for them is really getting to be the fly in the ointment though. I will ask for "dibs" on them, if nobody else has made a claim. You wouldn't happen to have an equally nice set of 15"x8" 1970s OEM slotted aluminum Vette wheel too, would you? G-

G- Hi Glenn, The Corvette wheels have a first dibs called via PM earlier today, but you are second if they end up not needing them. The Astro wheels haven't been crossposted to the longroof forum just yet, so as to give the local guys a chance to speak up if there is any interest. Sorry, no Corvette 15 x 8's on hand. If anyone was looking, I do have (3) of the 1991-1992 17 x 9.5" sawblades that look - though probably not quite as nice - like this: If anyone wants them enough to dig up a 4th & a set of adapters, say for use on an OCC, I'll let the three go for $75.00. Also I have 5 of the WS6 15 x 8" snowflakes - again look pretty much like this (need some polish work): I would think $300.00 is fair with a set of nearly NOS (meaning I don't have the boxes they came in after they were installed to see what they looked like and then placed in storage back in 1989) red-winged caps & lugnuts (check those alone, and my price for the wheels looks a whole lot more attractive). And if I don't use them on the Typhoon, a set of 1986 16 x 8" IROC wheels in grey that have been in storage since 1991 - yes they are this nice: $600.00 with some getting thin, but evenly worn 255/50VR-16's and a 5th for a spare, if anyone is actually interested in them. - J
