figured id share my dads build..

my dads project is a 60 impala wagon. weve owned the car for 8-9 years. it was bagged on mutiple diff wheels and paintjobs. it was time to do it over the right way and do a full frame off cusom build..

heres some pics to catch up on where it is now

the fist paint job we did in the garage way back in the day




the second paint job at the summer nationals about 3 years ago next to his old 40 chevy and my 406 s10 i had for a short time

lots of parts sand blasted and primed




frame sand blasted and primed




new roof section and quarter from arizona tacked in place




firewall shaved




the motor sitting pretty waiting to go in. 468 forged bbc with a 871 and twin 950 carbs. made 763.2 hp on the engine dyno at 6-7 psi
