Sounds to me like some SVO 36lb injectors and a 52mm TB, and a pump and tune to support, by the sounds of your mods.
This really sounds like a question for an engine builder like Golen or Elwyn. But Crovo or Jason can probably answer better than me.

I'd take it right to Golen. Guy up here i know did the same as you, and the thing is a screamer. They really do a nice job from what i've seen.

I cheer it on!
I'm going to do much of the same thing. F-body heads, LT4 hot-cam, 1.6 rollers, 52 mm T.B. (I need injectors & a pump too). Not touching the bottom other than new bearings and some rod bolts.
I have a couple of block, cranks, rods. If it goes BOOM, oh well

Yeah, the SVO red tops should be what you want. And the Walbro 255. Sounds like a nice little screamer. Pretty much the same setup that I had in the SS that put 340 to the wheels. And yeah, I know a great tuner! He just did my truck tonight, actually.
As far as the 52mm TB, there is a guy on eBay that does them. Like $175 with your core, iirc. Used him twice. I have the second one sitting on the shelf waiting for the wagon swap this winter.

Just throwing it out there but is there a mild cam that I could use and not get into replacing the injectors and fuel pump and all that jazz. Just aquired a set of fbody aluminum heads and 1.6 rr. Just want a little more umph but still have it be a pleasant daily driver.

First off, the only gain you will get from stock aluminum heads is weight reduction. Stock cast iron b-body heads flow better. They help to move the heavier car around. However, the aluminum heads are easier to port, and gasket match. A mild cam like the hot cam, or 845 are stock fuel system friendly. The hot cam is a little more aggressive. The 846 is about the same as the hot cam, maybe a bit more aggressive. I would gasket match the heads to the intake, and some on the exhaust side, and polish the runners. Run a 846 cam with 1.6 rr, and a good tune. On a stock lower with stock intake, exhaust and fuel system, you should see decent numbers, that can be approved by upgrading the exhaust, and fuel system. Anyone of the cams mentioned will be very streetable.

Mike, Not saying any advice is above is bad (i mean wtf do i know lol) But don't forget Machine-de-zine (Glen) is an engine builder so if you want a page long response of all rock solid great advice try to get in touch with him. He'll have some good ideas I bet.
I guess like with everything else it depends on how much you want to spend and how far you want to go.

Ok.. so I have figured everything out for parts. But with the svo 36lb injectors what do I do for a pressure regulator? Replace my stock with a after market one? Or go broke and go full braided line with an fitting welded to the fuel rails?
