| Hey everyone,
Obviously not for me, but I've got a buddy who wants to put a custom exhaust on his F150.
Who would you guys reccomend as a local exhaust shop who can do a real good job?
Anything but Lou's... | |

| Sorry yea... He's in Chelmsford, but I figured anywhere in the Boston/NH area would be good.
He said he talked to someone at R&D Exhaust in Bellerica. Anyone heard of them?

| I have heard several people talk about NH Undercar in I think Hampstead, didn't Crovo get work done by him? I think I've heard of the place in Billerica too from a google search a while back. My dad just got an exhaust done at Lou's on my old truck, but the one I had put on in the same place only lasted three years. Part of why I am leaving the stock stainless exhaust on the Tahoe. | |

Each Lou's very's depending on the owner/operater. The one here is always busy and I ve heard 90% good things about this location. Hell they did a leak check for free , no appointment I just rolled up and asked ....... plus LOU's in Nashua has no sales tax

This is where I used to go. They're fine & usually very busy (but will get you in same day) Most exhaust places will hack if you allow it. Trick is making it clear NO HACK JOB without being tagged an Ahole Cause you know what happens to Aholes....or do you? If you end up going thee, give me a shout, I live 5 minutes away (Its North Reading BTW) Also, Lous brother? and one of the workers drove Impalas They used to think I was the boss when I pulled in The workers supposedly had an LS1 in it....never saw it

| So, $100 seems to be a good price to remove the mufflers. I'd like the car to sound a little meaner without too much drone if possible. I need to find a good picture of the stock exhaust system. I wouldn't mind doing an aftermarket muffler and either an H-pipe or X pipe on the stock system. | |

| Fishah doesn't seem to mind us hijackin the thread so....
my "reality" dream exhaust is Pypes X -> Spintec Pro Street Muffs -> CIA OTA pipes -> chrome slant cut tips behind rear tire.
should run 170 + 160 + 120 + 75 + shipping & tax = $$$
dream exhaust would be that including CIA Gen-II Tri Y headers..... not sure if i would have muffs though? would like to hear it without muffs first.
