That looks mean.
Dont think I could've brought myself to put pins in the hood but the rest is PERFECT

The pins may have been necessary if it was a fiberglass "pin-on only" hood.

Looks a little like mine. I cant wait to finally drop the suspension a few inches cheers BTW. I thought about putting pins on the steel goodmark hood to add to the NASCAR look of the aero coupe. It couldn't hurt Wink

Hey Brian, if you head down to where the monte is sometime, could you get some measurements of that hood? THANKS!

What do you need measured? I don't plan on a trip to southern Alabama anytime soon. I'll probably have the car shipped back up before I go there again. But I can get my father to measure it up for ya

I could probably find them on the internet somewhere, but I wanted to see if it measured up to the same size as a boxy caprice hood. The lines look right so I wanted to know the length from the windshield to header panel and the width fender to fender. I wont need a hood until after I have a motor an a different frame to go under it so I'm in no rush!

Though like I said I bet I could find the dimensions online somewhere.

Thanks,
Matt

Daddy like! That thing is screaming for a 3.8T

I know it must have been done, but now that I think about it, I don't think I have ever heard of it being done to a Monte...
