That car is absolutely gorgeous.
I really feel that it would take a production model exactly like that to really raise the bar for the automotive community as a whole and put what I consider to be a bland boring industry back in the limelight.
That is a PERFECT example of craftsmanship and detail that all of today's market lacks. THIS is what I wan't to see.
I am honestly blown away by the photos in the first link....my hat goes off to the engineers behind that car.

There's a guy in londonderry that has modifieds and one if them has a 64 impala body on it. One of the coolest race cars that I've ever seen.

A 9 year old Texas Cadillac for 750 bucks? Can you say HT4100? Goes to show those cars still have a purpose once you pull that crap engine out (and the trans pretty much). An '81 wouldn't be so bad.
