| In the 94 the blower motor vibrates like a bastard, i'm guessing there is a dead mouse, or acorns, or shit of some sort in there. Whats the best way to get that motor and fan out? Do i have to pull the inner fender or something? I've never removed one. By the time i got it home from the garage last night, it was late and i didn't want to even look. | |

| Lay in your back on the passenger side floor. Remove the lower dash cover. The blower motor is right there its shaped like a triangle. 3 bolts and a connector. | |

| that's cool. in my S6 getting to the blower motor was an 8 hour journey through the center console, most of the dash, the HVAC controls and the heater core.
so... this sounds nice | |

| Pull up the cowel under the windshield and remove the cover on the PS side under that. You can shove your hand in there or use a shop vac and suck the crap out of the squirrel cage. | |

| Pulled the cowl at lunch today, I'm delivering the car tomorrow so I needed to fix it, and low and behold I found the cause of the fan vibration. Thee fan blad was FULL of that pink insulation shit. Little bastards. Cleaned it out works great now.
Thanks everyone. | |

| I thought jamming myself under the dashboard, legs dangling out of the door, was easy. | |
