So I put new tires on the Buick, and anything over 55 mph there's a light vibration through the whole car! Could it be a bad alignment? Or could it be something else?

Hi Mark

First the obvious, if you didn't have a shake before you put the tires on, I would say they are either out of balance or you have a bad tire (which happens). Take off one at a time and swap it with the spare and try to isolate the problem.

Sounds like you lost a wheel weight and the balance is off.

Yea I would say you definitely either have an out-of-round tire, lost a wheel-weight, or whoever installed your tires was a total tard.

Or all of the above.

Losing wheel weights isn't as common as you guys make it out to be.. If it's throughout the whole car they're probably out of balance.I Centercheck, then RoadForce balance all of my tires and then quick-match the low spots to get the best tire&wheel matching points. Take it back to whoever did the tires and complain.

Might just be a wheel weight, check that first. I had that happen on my 1A2, and then the wall blew out, don't let that happen!

Well I check the wheel weights while I checked the tire pressure and one of the front wieghts didn't look like the same size, either that or it was put on really weired. I brought it back and after about 15 or so minutes of argueing with the guy I just said go take It on the Northway and tell me something isn't off. They rebalance the new tires and problem solved from what I can notice. Thanks for the input guys, I though it was a drive shaft vibration at first to be honest
