I had a shitty experience with them a few years ago. I bought a set of the 1104/0929 for my '74 from them, they were on sale at a good price. When the shocks arrived, the fronts were correct, but the rears were for a Toyota Land Cruiser. shocks Wtf

Being a shock dealer, I figured this would have been immediately apparent...either way I gave them a chance, called up, told them the deal, they wanted me to either wait for a package with the right shocks and a packing slip to send the wrong ones back at any UPS store at their cost, or send the shocks back to them at my cost, have the correct ones sent out to me, and then get reimbursed after the fact. I said no, I wanted the shocks I paid for.

Ended up having to buy 2 more of the rear shocks in the correct Impala application. NO packing slip in the box when they arrive. Again, wtf. Called again for about the third or fourth time, told them the deal, guy on phone was nice and said the warehouse people are always doing this. I wait again. Still no packing slip. I was NOT paying to send these things back to get my refund! Called again and finally the guy goes out to the warehouse in person or something and finds out what's going on. I finally get the slip like a week later, and sent the Toyota shocks back. Then I see my credit card statement is credited for the cost of the rear shocks at the sale price, not the price for the extra pair I had to pay for after the fact. So in essence I was shorted the 15 or so bucks per shock when they paid me back. After all that crap I went through.

This ordeal had dragged out over weeks and my car was apart for some of the time too before I gave up and reinstalled the old ones. Ultimately, the rear Bilsteins proved to be too short for my car once the cargo coils went in...Surprised
