PostSubject: NEED TRANNY INFO!!!!!!   Sat Mar 05, 2011 11:57 am

hey guys, as most of u know i have a 96 ss and a 94 9c1. the tranny in the ss is still good it just tends 2 slip alittle under full power. the tranny in the 94 9c1 is very strong and shifts hard under full power. my question, is there a differance between 94 4l60e and a 96 4l60e??? i want 2 swap them and put a stall in the ss..

Tail shafts are different as far as the TSS being on opposite sides and 94-95=OBD I, 96=OBD II. They are not interchangable in your case. Maybe Al will chim in to further explain the differences.
