| i offically signed up for world of wheels today. mow i have 6-7 weeks to get the impala 2gether. i have 2 paint the roof, front bumper, top of drivers door, get my cowl hood and paint that. get the brakes 2gether and get all the windows tinted 20%. wheels are just getting highly polished for the show. havent decided if iam goin 2 do that black after or not.. ill keep a update of getting it ready and plenty of pics.. | |

| ya i heard 6 pack was goin 2 be there.. should be a better year with a new location. its alot bigger. well ive been in the garage all night gettin a start on things.. wetsanded the side down with 1500 and 3000 getting ready 2 buff it. and 320 on the roof. have 2 prime the roof and block it out and respray it.. getting the roof and top of the door ready for primer 2morrow.. | |

| alright more progress.. finished stripping the bumper and getting all the chips and diggers feathered out.. and got it in filler primer/guide coat.. also smoothed out the texture on the k&n inake tube. and fill primed that also.. | |

| no. i wish i took pics of doin it. i layed down masking tape over the black base coat and cut out the logo by hand with a blade using a pic. 2 trace. dusted silver over it then pulled the tape and cleared it with a small amount of silver in the clear... | |

| you seem to know body work well how much bondo can you really use on a panel thickness wise? I have always been told do a layer 1/8 in then sand then one more 1/8 sand then done . i got same waves in driver door i need to get rig of and might go more thatn 1/4 in. | |

| u dont just fill it up with bondo. u want 2 get the metal as straight as possible first then do ur body work and if u do ur body work correct u'll never have a cracking or chipping problem | |
