| They wont bolt onto stock wheels. You either need to get 9c1 or truck wheels.
Or, you can drill and tap holes in your stock steelies for the center caps to bolt on.
Sorry I don't have any for sale.

| - I bought those very same ones from eBay.
They are made of a light weight ABS plastic and look very convincing even up close. Its also real chrome, but it does not feel very durably plated.
But the three stand off "bosses" (that on the original die cast pieces, made a secure mounting for the three attachment screws) are VERY weak on these copies.
They will crush easily if you tighten the screws a little too much. Use lock-tight instead of ample torque.
Also, don't use the supplied screws before checking the thread pitch first, mine were wrong.
My N97 wheels are all 8mm x 1.25, but the supplied screws were a coarser thread (maybe 8mm x 1.5) and would not work. I tossed them to avoid problems.
The screws I needed were 8mm x 1.25 & 18-19mm UHL, roughly 3/4" to compare std length. Maybe the trucks are different.
Clean, un-damaged OEM caps are getting harder to locate. They were made with either the gold bow tie emblem or with red GMC letters on the face.
GM part numbers are as follows:
14018276 14018277 14018279 14018280
I am still trying to locate a really close to perfect set, so now I will broaden my search so that hopefully you can get a nice set too.
Got lucky with an auction and won 8 fairly clean ones, 4 bow tie & 4 GMC, for $10 per set plus shipping.
I also have a part number for ARP flanged head attachment screws that will look better than the cruddy OEM bolts.

| Thats funny, when I was doing it everyone told me 5/16-18. I KNEW that wasnt right (at least not for MY N97's). Thanks for the info | |

| I would LOVE to finally have one (or two) complete perfect, or nearly so, set/s of OEM die cast caps.
Mine were scratched by the fleet mechanics with their air-gun impact sockets and the serrated flange nuts dug through the chrome.
Then the cars were subjected to snow/ice/salt/sand/grime/brake dust, etc and fleet type facility wash detergents.
Can you say "pitted"?
How "not cheap" are they? You don't have to post the $-amount if you don't want to.

| I was under the impression that even though the 94-95 LT1/ L99 cars are OBD1, they aren't like other GM OBD1 cars and use a special ECM where you still need to scan them, and the paperclip test doesn't work? Not certain though. | |

| There are error codes that will not set the check engine light.
The "paper clip" will get you ABS codes provided the ABS light is not on for '94s, I'm not sure about '95s.
The "paper clip" will not get you PCM codes. I think maybe the Haynes manual says it works.
