New logo. Thank you Uberwagon!

Ray (Uberwagon) on the ISSF did my last sig pic and now my new one, but unknown to me, he was also working on a new club crest. What do you guys think?
I love his work.

He also did this one, so we could try it also if you guys prefer. Or we could go back to the original one.

I think at a glance the 2nd is easier to read, but the 1st is more "BADASS"

I thought the same exact thing. If this was something I had planned, I would have done something about it. But as it turned out, the two pics were a big surprise.

I think they are both pretty friggen cool! But... The one with the skulls is a bit too dark for the feel of the club, I think. THAT promotes troublemakers far moreso than the old, plain maltese cross.

And the one with the flames is SUPER cool! But it is a bit hard to read...

Call me old fashioned, but I like the old simple one better...

Bill, your new sig is wicked sweet and would make an awesome sticker (obviously replace impalaDaKid and 94impalaSS with BADASS of NE) and maybe a buick and caddy or something thrown in there too.

Or something along those lines. Ya know?

I did do the Logo unsolicited so there was no input for it and I can see that my work is getting mixed reviews and that's cool.

I don't mind doing this kind of work, in fact it is quite enjoyable. Here are a couple of sites for you guys to look over. These are all fonts, you guys put your heads together and see what you come up with. It is your club and represents you guys. If you have any ideas for any other logos or whatever let me know, I am here to help if needed.

Thank you Ray for chiming in on this. I personaly like your work, especialy the one with the sculls. But I also understand the concerns of others.

With that said, I feel the club logo does need a fresh look. The current one is nice, but looks outdated. I think that one of the four you sent me would work. Infact one of the white back ground logos without the flames would do the trick.

Every time you send me something, my jaw drops. Either you do great work, or I do not get out much. And I get out alot.

Dude, don't get me wrong! Those logos kicked ass!I really liked the skull one myself. Hell, it looks a LOT like a sticker that's currently on the back window of Morticia. But... It's a bit dark and mischevious for the tone of our club.

And I really like the way the flamed one looks. It looks a lot like a metal car club plate like the low-low's run. Too cool. If that one was slightly more legible, that'd be a perfect logo, IMHO.

Well I am putting my skills out there for your disposal. If you have any other ideas let me know, check out the font sites and let me know with what you guys come up with in an effort to make the logo more legible.

Ray, please don't take that as an insult. It wasn't meant to be, and I hope you didn't!

I think a little more space around and between the lettering would work wonders towards making it more ledgible. It's just a hair too cramped and "baloony" for lack of better description...
