| I'm playing with the idea of selling off some parts that I've been sitting on for the past couple years. If there's any interest that is. I'm trying to scrounge up the money to replace my current beast. If there's enough interest then I'll dig everything out of storage and let it go. If there's not much interest in any of it then I'll just hold onto the stuff for later.
Here's the list in no particular order:
GM Parts: HD spindles for 5/8" balljoints Pitman arm
Moog: Inner and outer tie-rods Center link Idler arm
Hotchkis: Tie-rod adjuster sleeves Drop springs
Belltech: Nitro drop (version 1) shocks
Speedtech: Lower control arms (A-arms) with energy suspension bushings/isolators and moog 5/8" balljoints
I have other stuff too but it's stuff I'd be hard pressed to let go of since I'm planning on using it on my next project. There's also unrelated stuff still available from my other "for sale" post

| How much for the a arms. Pics? Ready to bolt in? Do you need the spindle above for these arms?
Hotchkis drop springs? Complete set of 4?

| The a-arms are complete and ready to bolt in. Still in the original boxes with all the hardware and everything. They have the 5/8" balljoints so you need 5/8" spindles to use them. If your car already has the heavy duty balljoints (police/taxi/limo) then you'd be all set. Otherwise you would need to modify your spindles, provide your own 5/8" spindles, or buy the set I have available.
After $40 for shipping from Canada they end up costing $700 new. I'd want $500 for em. $600 for them with the matching spindles
a-arm info http://www.speedtechperformance.com/index.cfm/page/ptype=product/product_id=60/category_id=188/home_id=188/mode=prod/prd60.htm
The springs are a full set of 4 and still in the original boxes. Part number 1922 If I recall. They are a very nice deep blue color which shows that they're over a year old. They include isolators and bumpstops if I remember right.
They retail for $300 after shipping. I'd like $250.
All my prices are negotiable. And there's a discount for buying multiple items and for picking up in person.

| Holding the arms and spindles aside for glen pending a quality check.
I'll package the springs with the drop shocks and the u-bolt shock mount kit for $325. That makes it a complete ready to bolt in package set and the cost is basically what the springs alone cost after shipping.

| Update The shocks/springs/u-bolts are being held for someone for a couple weeks. If he falls through then Outragis gets first dibs on the shocks and Timmy gets first dibs on the springs. The control arms and spindles are being held pending inspection. If that falls through then they're up for grabs to the first person interested. The steering stuff is all being packaged together and held pending negotiations. If that falls through then they're up for grabs. So as of now everything is spoken for, but people are free to put themselves in line on stuff they want as the fallbacks. No more pm's though unless I'm holding stuff for you. My box is filling up quick I may have some brake stuff listed in a couple days for those who want some of that | |

| Waiting for an update on the shocks/springs. The parts may be available for anyone that still wanted them. I'll know for sure in a couple days.
I was doing a package deal for the complete set of springs still in the original boxes and the complete set of shocks still in the original boxes, plus the u-bolt kit to mount the rear shocks. I want $400 for everything but will let them go cheaper if you pick them up or I pass them off at an event that I'm already going to be at.
It's a good deal for those going to the parts swap or the fall round-up. Always a good deal for the local boys.

| Update
Bf is holding off on the springs/shocks/bolts for the moment due to availability reasons. Outragis and Timmy both had some interest in splitting up the kit. Nick may be interested in splitting up the kit.
As noted the price if I have to deliver is $400. The price at an event is $325. The price if you pick up is $300. That's for the full set of everything in the original boxes. I'm trying to keep the kit together since it's basically all matching parts, but will seperate it if all the components are guaranteed sold.
Any of those guys who are positive about buying then let me know in the next couple days so I can put them aside. If anyone is going to the swap meet at Billys on the 3rd then they'll get first crack if the parts aren't already sold off. The fallback is the roundup on the 16th. Anything still left would then go to people looking for shipping or delivery.
Anymore info needed then ask away.

| Stop hoarding parts It took me 3 years to put together the collection of parts I'm selling off. Amazing how long it takes to save up money when you only have an extra $50-$100 a month | |

If you know of an old pickup in halfway decent shape I may be interested in a swap. Must be an automatic, and either a mopar v6 or any non-Ford v8. And it has to run good enough for me to get it home That's what I'm doing with all the parts money anyway

| Final update: A bunch of parts are gone and a bunch more are spoken for. Here is what's left A package deal 1) Complete set of Hotchkis drop springs with isolators and mounting hardware. The box for the fronts have been opened to ensure everything is there and to see how purdy they are. The box for the rears have never been opened. They are advertised as a 1" drop for the Impala so it'll be a bigger drop from standard issue springs. Not recommended for wagons. These are the deep blue color from a few years back. 2) Complete set of Belltech Nitrodrop shocks (front and rear). These are designed for an Impala running lowering springs so they are a perfect match to the Hotchkis springs. These are still in the original boxes with the plastic strap holding them nice and compressed just like it left the factory. 3) Rear shock mount u-bolt kit. This is the kit Navylifer sells and people keep trying to get a group buy on. Stainless steel with associated hardware. I want $300 for everything if you pick up or I deliver to an event. $350 if I need to make a special delivery since that's what it'll cost in gas. The guys at the swapmeet today can attest to the condition of these parts since I tried to sell them today If anyone needs pics I can get them, but it'll mostly be pics of sealed boxes | |

| Shocks are $42.00each http://www.summitracing.com/search/Year/1995/Make/CHEVROLET/Model/CAPRICE/?keyword=drop+shocks springs $280 for the set. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HSS-1922/ And I think the upper shop mounts are $25 That sounds like a great deal. $472.00 of brand new parts for $300. That is a great deal. |

| Damn man, I'm kinda interested in these for the Caprice. Seems like that's all thats needed to do a drop. I'm just not so sure the Caprice is worthy of being dropped, plus it's a daily driver, and then I'd hit speedbumps and stuff...and I just had an alignment...and I can't put the fronts in at home... | |
