What's the best way to remove seized caliper bolts? The bolts are frozen tight and the allen bit won't stay locked in enough to get all my weight into it. I don't have air tools or a torch so take that into consideration.

PbBlaster & taps with a brass drift pin (or something)
Patience & repeated blasts & taps will free it up
Vibration is the enemy of rust
Is the allen part rusted up inside? Clean that up if you can

as was mentioned clean the allen head out so the key fits in as far a possible,. remember it needs to turn to the right as you,re looking at it,.with the allen key in tight,.hit it with a heavy hammer in the direction you need to go,.

The allen part is cleaned out, but it's going to start stripping soon. I used some PB while I was working on it. Also tried the hammer on the end of the bolt, the head of the bolt, the fitting while it was in the bolt. Got alot of rust to flake off but it didn't loosen up. I'll try again in a couple days and see if I make better progress. The passenger side was a bit stuck but the drivers side feels like it was put in with an impact gun and no lube.
