Oh I wish I'd bought that one 15 years ago with 30k on it.

That's a crazy price for a beautiful car.

Yeah, that thing's been on CL for at least a couple months now. There's another more reasonable one that just showed up too, for like 9 grand. Smile

That dealership has stuff that's been up there for years. Some of it's pretty cool. GTOs, a Nomad, T/As, and even one 75 Le Sabre convertible

Trannys.. I did my own. After GM did "upgrades" to the stocker. They questioned the car being so clean underneath. I told em it was a collector car and I wash under the car to . I would not go in with anything they could see or modified Cool
Car had 300 miles on it before it hit the track . Hey it was broken in by then ! First pass it ran a 12.9 @105 !! I was tickeled to death . Car had a chip, K&N, M&H dots and an opened exhaust . By the end of the first day it ran a 12.5 @105!! Hook was set. We did a few more tweaks to the car an ran in the 11s an left it alone.. Car had well over a 100k with a few beatings everyweek.
After a few months the car started to eat spyder gears. GM replaced them a few times. Finally I put a 9" Ford in it an called it a day.
This was the car I had the most fun with over the years !! Hands down !! Wife had F bodys since 1982 and Mustangs would kill ya like taking candy away from a baby. Once we got the TTA we finally had the upper hand !!
Ok nobody really knows me here (except for Al) but I am old . A die hard Ford guy of the late 60s. Although all my old cars were great they couldn't compete with the fun factor of a TTA.. Got 25+ MPG and ran great for a street car.

well you would be glad ya didn't have it now IF ya still had it and it broke. Parts are very hard to come by. Lots discontinued years ago. Then you would have to deal with me for the parts affraid I sold my last Buick a few years ago. Tired of the people that own them . Still have a LOT of parts that I took off parts cars since 86 !! They were great at the time but look at the neat stuff they have out there now. Cool
