2 ways are easy.

If u have a lift and a garage.
If u have someone else do it for you.

Other than that, it's a pain in the ass

I diddnt sandblast mine, I wire wheeled it and threw about 5 cans of undercoat on it, but I'm happy and its a heck of a lot better than it was.

But seriously.I always hate when someone asked a legit question and all they get is a bunch of wise ass answers. Guilty Shocked
I was actually on my way to work when i replied earlier.I'm hopefully getting mine on the road soon and been kinda busy.
When i've got some time i'll post up some of the crap i learned taking mine apart.

From what I remember there are about 8 bolts holding the body to the frame. Arrow

12 to be exact.
You may want to research availabilty of body mounts before pulling the body.
I have a pair of ss mounts leftover.I'd have to check to be sure exactly which ones they are.
You should be able to reuse some of them.#1,2 and 6 are the biggest problem areas.
Here's a really good thread from the big forum.

Haha. Thanks man. It's a hell of a lot better than the various shades of brown it was before. Not to mention still completely solid underneath. I figure even if I have to go back and touch it up here and there in a year or so, its better than having to replace parts of the frame, or the whole dam car.

i just wheeled and brushed the best i could, then used ruse bullet (like por 15) on the frame an stuff, used 3m undercoating for the floor panels, did it on a gravel driveway in summer hot as a mother... between the ants/spiders sweat we all had a good time , i was toying with a frame off on the wagon but may just be on my back again
